The Damasteel blade delivers powerful performance and weight is kept to a minimum thanks to titanium bolsters and a carbon fiber handle. Made without a full tang, the knife is built to withstand the repeated temperature changes kitchen knives endure, where blade and handle materials expand and contract at different rates.
