It’s an incredible hybrid of Eastern and Western knifemaking tradition, built for both push and pull cutting. Ken studied chefs in the kitchen to perfect every aspect of the knife, from blade shape to handle width. The Damasteel blade delivers powerful performance and weight is kept to a minimum thanks to titanium bolsters and a carbon fiber handle. Made without a full tang, the knife is built to withstand the repeated temperature changes kitchen knives endure, where blade and handle materials expand and contract at different rates. All Onion Kitchen Knives come with a laser-engraved walnut box.
