The pocket knife for a civilized world.

When custom knifemaker Princeton Wong’s wine-enthusiast friend asked if he could design a pocket knife with a corkscrew, Princeton — never one to back down from a technical problem-solving challenge — couldn’t say no. The result was the Fion custom, a mechanically elegant folding knife that concealed a corkscrew and boot lever within its handle. It was Princeton’s first entry into Blade Show and it earned him the Best New Maker award. Now, the spirit of the Fion has been reborn in the Fial™, which carries over all of its innovations and functionality. Marvel at how the boot lever almost invisibly aligns with contours of the handle, and easily slice through charcuterie with the generous drop-point blade.
  • Superior Performance 12C27 blade steel for excellent edge retention
  • Smooth Opening IKBS™ ball bearing pivot deploys the blade smooth
  • Easy Closing Liner lock can be easily closed with one hand
  • Ultimate Durability Stainless steel handle withstands hard use
  • Useful Utility Corkscrew for opening your favorite beverage

Custom knifemaker Princeton Wong brought his first knives to Blade Show in 2018. Just three years later, he won Best New Maker at Blade Show and Most Innovative Design at the International Custom Cutlery Exposition. Princeton followed a winding path to knifemaking that started in martial arts, graphic design, and performance auto part fabrication. He finds inspiration in nature and pop culture, focusing on original designs that buck trends and aren’t afraid to be different. He also served as Secretary-Treasurer on the Knifemakers Guild board of directors, an organization with ties to the beginning of the U.S. custom knifemaking scene.
