A new standard of kitchen utility.The Onion Utility Kitchen Knife is one of three new culinary knives from CRKT® and acclaimed custom knifemaker Ken Onion. Slotting in between a paring knife and a chef’s knife in size, the Utility Knife’s 5.6-inch Damasteel blade performs exceptionally for any tasks requiring precision and strength. As with the other Onion Kitchen Knives, weight is kept to a minimum thanks to titanium bolsters and a carbon fiber handle. Made without a full tang, the knife is built to withstand the repeated temperature changes kitchen knives endure, where blade and handle materials expand and contract at different rates. All Onion Kitchen Knives come with a laser-engraved walnut box.
